About The Cotswold Manor Grange, Exclusive Hot-Tub, Games Barn, 70 acres of Parkland
The Cotswold Manor Grange stands on the same magnificent seventy-acre Cotswold estate as the Manor Hall, a historic Victorian building with its own private hot tub and games barn. It sleeps twenty in six bedrooms with five bathrooms, holds a Gold award and takes up to six dogs and cats. Everything here is exclusive to your party.
Inside there is a lovely Cotswold stone sitting room and a beamed dining room seating twenty, along with a professionally equipped kitchen and full underfloor heating throughout. Complimentary wireless broadband reaches the whole house, and there are HD televisions and DVD players in the sitting room and in every bedroom. Some bedrooms are en-suite, the accommodation is single storey with a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom, which makes it workable for less able guests, and a cot, high chair, towels and bed linen are provided.
Outside, a private south-facing patio holds an outdoor table and chairs, a barbecue and the spa and hot tub, and the garden has furniture and benches. Parking is ample and private. The site is dark-sky friendly and fireworks-free, which nervous dogs appreciate, and the house is decorated with a tree at Christmas. The games barn holds a pool table, snooker, table tennis and table football.
Guests get exclusive Privilege Guest status at the nearby Witney Lakes Resort, with discounted rates, subject to pre-booking, on the Retreat Spa and its beauty, facial and body treatments, indoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room and fitness centre, plus the eighteen-hole par 71 golf course. A beautiful Cotswold pub and restaurant is within a fifteen-minute walk, and private catering can be arranged with recommended caterers. Blenheim Palace, Chastleton House, Kelmscott Manor, Chedworth Roman Villa, the Cotswold Way, the Thames Path, the Cotswold Wildlife Park, Cotswold Falconry Centre and Crocodiles of the World are all nearby. Oxford is twenty minutes, Cheltenham thirty and London an hour, with Hanborough the nearest station. The Grange takes family holidays and weekends, celebration dinners, hen and stag groups and corporate events.
