About Rosemore Grange

Rosemore Grange sits in the village of Whitbourne on the Herefordshire and Worcestershire border, in unspoilt rolling countryside. The Grange itself sleeps twenty in nine bedrooms, and the recently refurbished Coach House can be hired alongside for a further six, giving twenty-six in eleven bedrooms in total. It holds a Gold award and takes two dogs.

The house is fully equipped and furnished to a good standard, with the space and facilities a large group needs: open fires and a wood-burning stove, a games room with a pool table and table football, a well-fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and freezer, board games and wifi. There is a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom, original features throughout and a traditional feel, and a cot, high chair, towels and bed linen are provided. The house is decorated with a tree at Christmas.

Outside is a private garden with furniture, a patio, a barbecue, an electric car charging point and parking for up to ten cars. A dog-friendly pub is a short walk away and dog walking can be arranged.

The location is a good one for exploring. Worcester and Hereford are both within easy reach, ten miles and a similar distance, and the Malvern Hills offer mountain biking for the energetic or a stroll up the hill followed by lunch in a pub for everyone else. Cheltenham and Worcester racecourses are both accessible, and there is canoeing, horse riding, quad biking and grass boarding locally, along with beautiful walks from the doorstep. Malvern Theatre has a varied programme, and the Shelsley Walsh hill climb runs in summer for car enthusiasts. Eastnor Castle, Goodrich Castle, Hereford Cathedral, the Museum of Cider, Ralph Court Gardens, the Brockhampton Estate, Witley Court, West Midland Safari Park and Elgar's birthplace are all nearby, and Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff are each within an hour's drive. Worcester Shrub Hill has the nearest station. The house takes birthday celebrations, reunions and corporate stays.
